Our manpower is our greatest asset. They are face of the company to our clients and the country. We believe in long term relation with our employee and we follow strict guideline while recruitments.
The manpower is recruited from our various recruitment centres and mobile recruitment camps.
Selected candidates are finalised and deployed only after through verification
Training
The selected candidates undergo a Strict training program at out training centre where they are trained by our training officers on the following:
• First Aids& Fire Fighting
• Crisis Management
• Basic Etiquettes & customer Handling
• Industrial Safety
• Documentation
• Aptitude for Environment Management
• Handling Communication equipment (Intercom, Telephone, Fax, & Walkie-talkie)etc
MANPOWER DEPLOYMENT
- Successful candidates are deployed at the respective sites, where they undergo on job training. Our instructors design post specific SOP’s for the Guards.
